School Van Driver

First Student is a leading provider of transportation services for 5 million students and passengers daily. We are recruiting Part‑Time School Van Drivers for Stoughton, MA.

As a Part‑Time School Van Driver, you will provide safe transportation for students before and after school, typically in a split shift with free hours in between. No driving experience is required; we provide training.

• Drive a school van for split shift (morning pickup and afternoon drop‑off).
• Ensure safety and security of students.
• Maintain accurate logs and report any incidents.
• Follow school and company policies and DOT regulations.

• $21 per hour after training.

• Age 21 or older.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
• High school diploma or GED not required.
• Acceptable criminal background, military experience, and other inclusive criteria as stated.

• Ability to work split shift; no nights or weekends unless desired.

This position is subject to DOT drug testing as a safety‑sensitive employee. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason. In Washington state, all driver positions are subject to drug and alcohol testing.
