As a Master Automotive Technician, you will:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles using your expertise.
- Continuously build your skills across a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department and fellow technicians.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years in high-level diagnostic work.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve Master L1, A Tech.
- Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and the ability to read schematics.
- A desire for long-term career development.
- Your own toolbox and tools.
- A valid driver's license and insurability.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
This role requires:
- The ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally.
- Standing for most of the shift and working in tight spaces.
- Using tools overhead and navigating a computer efficiently.
