UnityPoint Health is actively recruiting for a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Stoughton, WI. At UnityPoint Clinic, we are a physician‑led, nonprofit health care organization offering comprehensive primary care, walk‑in care, and specialty care.

Full‑time position, 1.0 FTE (36 patient contact hours per week + administrative time). Average 17‑20 patients per day; no nights or weekends. Extended clinic hours 7 AM‑5:30 PM. 24/7 hospitalist program responsible for adult patients. Fully integrated EPIC EMR system.

• 1.0 FTE = 36 patient contact hours per week + administrative time
• Shared call amongst the providers;
  Phone call only - triaged through MyNurse line
• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
• General procedures such as joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, etc.
• Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
• Patient‑focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem‑solving skills

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in FM
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1‑B cap exempt)
