This role is responsible for accurate commercial loan documentation, coordinating closing logistics, and keeping loan and portfolio records complete, current, and compliant.

What you’ll do:
  • Compile data from multiple sources and assemble closing document packages
  • Review entity documentation, identify required signers, and ensure documents are properly executed as legally binding
  • Prepare loan documents in Laser Pro with correct structure, covenants, conditions, and language; deliver documents on time
  • Order title work and flood determinations; review title reports and confirm appropriate title insurance coverage
  • Coordinate with title companies on closings, including wiring and disbursement of funds
  • Perfect collateral (mortgages, assignments of rents, title liens, UCC filings, assignment of life insurance, etc.) and manage documentation
  • Board new loans in the core system; complete renewals/modifications, core maintenance, and participation loan administration
  • Provide responsive support to lenders and external partners; address QC/audit findings and complete Adverse Action documentation
  • Handle phone/email inquiries, correspondence, scanning, and related administrative support
What you bring:
  • High School diploma/equivalent (Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred) and at least 2 years banking experience
  • Detail oriented; able to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize work consistently throughout the day
  • Positive, pleasant attitude and willingness to assist in other Organization functions as needed
  • Knowledge of loan documentation software, fair lending, project management, and financial services rules/regulations/policies/procedures
  • Understanding of business and personal financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills; able to set task priorities to meet deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Laser Pro/Abrigo preferred, not required)

If you’re ready to contribute accuracy, follow-through, and strong partner support, apply today.

Your Typical Day

Your morning starts by triaging a shared pipeline—new business loan requests, upcoming closings, and time-sensitive document fixes—then mapping the day around deadlines. You’ll spend focused blocks building and double-checking document sets, pausing to confirm signature authority details and to follow up on title and flood items. Midday often includes coordinating with a title company on closing timing and funding logistics, while keeping Commercial Bankers in the loop on what’s ready and what’s pending.

Between tasks, you’ll update the core system, file and scan documents, and respond to phone/email questions so nothing stalls. You wrap up by reconciling what closed, what needs follow-up, and what’s queued for tomorrow—leaving the portfolio clean, current, and audit-ready.
