, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Resident Assistant/CNA to join our growing team.

Kettle Park Senior Living recently opened in 2019 and is easily accessible on Stoughton Road (HWY 51), in Stoughton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services.

Wage:
HHA: $16.50-$22.00,
CNA: $17.00-$22.50, based on experience.

In this position, you will provide support to our residents with their personal care services, including:

• Providing direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs.
• Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
• Assisting with medication administration.

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
