As a Live In Caregiver with WI08, SYNERGY Home Care of Madison, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide one-on-one support and assistance to our clients in their own homes. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and companionship to our clients, while also promoting their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent, one-on-one care and companionship to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Support clients with medication management, wound care, and other medical needs
- Encourage social interaction, engage in activities, and promote client safety and independence
- Document client care and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

- Live In Caregiver position requires working in clients' homes
- Must be flexible and available to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Must be comfortable with being alone in clients' homes for extended periods
