- Lead assistant managers, set their goals, coach, and monitor progress.
- Hire and develop assistant and shift managers to build future leadership.
- Previous General Manager experience in high‑volume locations.
- Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail highly desired.
- Must be 18 years or older.
