Troll Beach is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Supervisor to
oversee daily operations and help create a safe, fun, and welcoming
environment for the community.
About the Role:
The Troll Beach Supervisor oversees all on-site facility, customer, and personnel activities.
Your mission:
Maintain a clean and safe pool facility
Foster a positive environment for staff and customers
Support the economic viability of the program
Season Details:
June 10 - August 16
Open 7 days per week Noon-5:00pm
Approximate work hours 11:45 a.m.
-5:15 p.m.
35-40 hours per week

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities:
On-site supervision and hands-on support
Provide direction and feedback to staff and customers
Maintain high standards in safety, cleanliness, customer service, and accountability
Deliver friendly, welcoming customer service
Report incidents and concerns promptly
Handle attendance counting and money management
Manage lifeguard scheduling
Serve as liaison for bus groups
Oversee facility maintenance before, during and after open hours
Perform additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
What we're looking for:
Lifeguard training helpful but not required
Strong organizational skills
Ability to lead a team ages 15-22
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and dependable
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Must be 18+
Must pass a background check
