Production Supervisor

Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Duration: Fulltime (Permanent Hire with Benefits)

Schedule: Evening shift (3:30pm-12:00am) Monday to Friday

Our state-of-the-art automatic production facility produces solar frames with high-precision, fully automatic equipment to ensure reliable performance and a lengthy product lifespan. We offer in-house R&D, design and deployment support for customers, and options for different colors, better drainage and mounting configurations to meet installation environments.

• Supervise the production line workers on their shift.
• Train and monitor staff to maximize performance on the production line.
• Develop line standards to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Mobilize the team to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise the sanitary maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure workers follow procedures and instructions that meet quality requirements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to quality and safety programs, policy, and regulations.
• Assist other line supervisors or unsupervised lines when required.
• Ensure a smooth transition to the next shift at shift change.

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Previous supervision and leadership experience
• Available to work overtime and different shifts when needed.
• Able to maintain and service machines.
• Able to inspect and draft testing reports on machines.
• Advanced IT tools user (computers, software, printers, etc.).
• Knowledge of OSHA standards
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to lift loads of 50 lbs.
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English is preferred.
