Receptionist

Hudson Springs Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, the Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and organized environment at our facility.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, copying, and scheduling.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • Assist with resident and staff communications, ensuring messages are delivered promptly.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Respiratory Therapy Director.
Compensation and Schedule

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 3:30pm to 8:00pm Every Other Sunday 8:00am to 4:40pm

Status:
Part Time, Every Other Weekend

Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service/administrative role preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
