Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Overview

NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at a state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales center in the Hudson, OH area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Assistant Manager:
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure the location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing established policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.

Service Manager:
The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repair services. They direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work. The role drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, assesses needs, provides information on repairs/maintenance, ensures customer satisfaction and strives to meet customer expectations.

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties
