Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on experience

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare internal financial statements and manage external financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to audit inquiries
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering continuous learning and professional growth
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to optimize financial performance
• Lead system implementations and improvements related to financial operations and reporting
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making and business planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Oracle, SAP)
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
