The Associate Patient Care Coordinator role will provide back office support for surgery authorizations, pre‑surgical testing, surgery scheduling and patient follow‑up and communication. Manages the referrals process, processes incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations. This function includes intake, notification and census roles.

This position is full‑time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Working hours may vary. Our office is located at Stow, OH.

We offer 1 week on paid training. The hours during training will be from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday - Friday.

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 3+ years of general medical office experience
• 1+ year of prior authorization and surgery scheduling experience
• Ability to work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. from Monday - Friday. Working hours may vary

The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 to $32.12 per hour based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
