** Director of Facilities### Position Summary Holy Family Parish & School is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and service-oriented individual to help maintain the church, school, buildings, and grounds. The Maintenance/Custodian position is responsible for keeping parish facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, parishioners, and visitors.### Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning and custodial duties throughout parish and school facilities.
* Assist with routine maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects.
* Set up and take down rooms for parish events, meetings, and activities.
* Move furniture, tables, chairs, and equipment as needed.
* Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and entrances.
* Assist with basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs.
* Help maintain parish grounds through landscaping, litter removal, and seasonal upkeep.
* Respond to maintenance requests and other facility needs.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Pastor or Director of Facilities.### Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* One to three years of custodial, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred.
* Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible availability for occasional weekend and on-call work.
* Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Must pass the required background check and participate in the Diocesan Virtus program.### Compensation Compensation will be based on experience.###
