About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead civil site development projects from early planning through construction. This role supports a variety of work including site evaluations, master planning, utility and stormwater design, permitting, and preparation of construction documents. You’ll oversee both technical execution and client coordination while guiding a multidisciplinary project team.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards.
Direct and mentor team members; support performance development and training.
Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
Lead proposal development, define project scope, and identify risks and mitigation plans.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Support business development through relationship building and industry involvement.
Ensure coordination across disciplines and maintain strong client satisfaction.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
Professional certification (PE, AICP, or similar) preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and industry-standard design software.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
