$1,000 Sign On Bonus! On-Board PMO is hiring full-time Production Operators in Stow, OH. ($250 after 1 month of employment, $250 after 3 months of employment, and $500 after 6 months of employment).

About Us: On-Board PMO, Incorporated is an on-site contract service provider for a local manufacturing entity providing full-time positions to our employees. We offer benefits, paid time off, paid holidays and 401k after a probationary time.

Schedule: 1st shift (6am-2:30pm)

Monitors and operates press machines and equipment, ensuring the quality of product and conformance with the standard operating procedure is supported. Able to follow all safety procedures at site while running molding presses with a high diligence around the high-temp hazards.

Includes the following (other duties may be assigned).

• The Production Tech Associate manages labor-intensive tasks, ranging from sorting of product by weight increments (generally parts weighing .02 grams - 12.0 grams), to setting-up and working programmable transfer mold presses performing basic maintenance and upkeep on area equipment.
• Responsible for manual material handling as required.
• Safety shall be the first consideration when performing assigned tasks.
• Oversee the Oven process of parts.
• Other duties as assigned throughout the facility.

Works regularly with shift production employees as well as Leadership throughout the DuPont and On-Board PMO.

Standing for eight hours. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Pass a drug screen (including marijuana), background and physical checks.
