• Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Taking and recording vital signs
• Helping with mobility and transfers
• Providing comfort, companionship, and emotional support
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Communicating with the nursing team about changes in resident conditions

• Pay: $21/hour
• Full Time, 36 hours/week;
  Part Time, 24 hours/week
• Day Shift 7a-7p / Night Shift 7p-7a

• Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) license in the State of Ohio (in good standing)
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills
• Prior long-term care experience is a plus (but not required)
