• Provide hands‑on Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
• Accurately document resident conditions and interventions
• Collaborate with nursing assistants and other team members
• Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards

• Pay: $31/hour
• Full Time, 36 hours/week;
  Part Time, 24 hours/week

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio (in good standing)
• Minimum of one (1) year experience
• CPR Certification (BLS preferred)
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills
• Prior long‑term care experience is a plus (but not required)
