Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join our Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) team.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing general warehouse maintenance and mobile equipment maintenance duties to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) team at Iron Mountain is dedicated to providing data center owners with maximally efficient and secure hardware decommissioning and destruction services.

• Maintain Operational Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and inspect/repair various pieces of mobile and stationary equipment, including stand-up/sit-down forklifts, box trucks, wheel loaders, excavators, conveyors, balers, and shredders.

• Diagnose and Solve Issues: Accurately diagnose equipment problems to implement the proper and effective solutions, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Ensure Compliance and Safety: Perform general warehouse maintenance and conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and organizational standards.

• Experience in Welding and Fabrication: Experience in welding and fabrication is desired for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.

• Strong Mechanical Acumen: Strong mechanical ability combined with the ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions to management.

• Proven Ability to Work Independently: A strong work ethic and the ability to follow directions and work independently with a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate is preferred, but not required.

• Location: This position is located at 4550 Darrow Rd, Stow, OH
  .

• Shifts: The schedule is a 1st shift , Monday through Friday from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm.
