Class A Driver

This is a Class A Truck Driver position in the Taylor, MI and Stow, OH area. The role involves collecting and delivering sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare customer locations while providing a high level of customer service. You will have a high degree of autonomy, stable hours, access to overtime, and benefits. Our vehicle fleet is modern and well‑maintained.

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Providing strong customer service and building positive relationships.
• Operating vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Completing deliveries on a scheduled time and communicating changes or challenges.
• Loading/unloading, prioritizing and organizing truck contents per schedule and needs.
• Managing a route per leadership direction and delivering timely, efficient service.
• Logging hours, conducting roadside inspections and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.
• Performing heavy lifting.

• Class A license (required).
• Delivery experience in any industry with manual handling (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Willingness to work full‑time hours (~40 hrs/week).
• Experience with pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle evaluations.
• Clean driving record.
• Flexible, can‑do attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Experience operating vehicles safely.
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections.
• Competent in road‑check levels 1 through 3.
• Proven longevity in past employment.
• Timely delivery practices.
