The Warehouse Associate - Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse functions with a specific focus on inventory control and accuracy. This role includes performing physical tasks related to the receiving, storage, and distribution of tires and related products, while also monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Perform standard warehouse functions including receiving, storing, picking, packing, staging, and shipping of products.
• Conduct regular inventory counts (cycle counts and full physical counts) and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records using warehouse management software; update product locations, quantities, and movement accurately.
• Identify, investigate, and help resolve inventory discrepancies including overages, shortages, and mislabeling.
• Ensure inventory is stored in the correct location and organized according to layout and labeling standards.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed, in compliance with safety protocols.
• Support warehouse team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with process improvement efforts related to inventory control and warehouse efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory concerns or operational issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations with inventory responsibilities.
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to lift and move 50-75 lbs repeatedly during shift hours.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and physical inventory handling.
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain).

Work is performed in a warehouse setting with exposure to seasonal temperature changes. The role requires regular standing, walking, lifting, and operation of material handling equipment.
