Hours:
22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 4.5 hours per day) Salary: £32,000 FTE (£19,200 actual salary based on 22.5 hours per week) At Muntons, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Today, we're focused on building a more sustainable future and are already over halfway towards achieving our Net Zero Carbon target by 2050. We're looking for a passionate, analytical, and highly organised Sustainability & Reporting Co-ordinator to join our Sustainability team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support and drive sustainability initiatives across a global business while developing your expertise in ESG reporting, carbon accounting, and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Be Doing As Sustainability & Reporting Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our sustainability strategy by:
Collecting, validating, and analysing ESG data, including carbon, energy, waste, and social metrics. Supporting the delivery of external sustainability reporting requirements such as Eco Vadis, CDP, SECR, and annual sustainability reports. Managing sustainability data systems and tracking progress against Science Based Targets (SBTi). Developing and maintaining product carbon footprint records Responding to customer sustainability enquiries and carbon footprint requests. Monitoring emerging sustainability legislation and ESG frameworks.
Supporting and leading sustainability projects, including initiatives focused on carbon reduction and regenerative agriculture Assisting with sustainability reports, presentations, events, and governance activities. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is passionate about sustainability and enjoys working with data to solve complex problems. You'll ideally have: A relevant degree. Strong analytical and data management skills. Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. The confidence to work independently and navigate situations where processes are still evolving. A genuine passion for sustainability and environmental improvement.
Experience with ESG frameworks, Eco Vadis, GHG Protocol, carbon accounting, or sustainability reporting would be advantageous but is not essential.
