Consortium Trust are looking to appoint an experienced teacher with a proven record of excellence in teaching, to work with our Central Team to deliver improved standards across the Trust as our Primary Standards and Curriculum Lead
.

You must be able to demonstrate your understanding and application of high-quality teaching. You will work across all Trust primary settings conducting curriculum reviews, work scrutiny and monitoring of pupil progress.

Youwillbeconfidenttosupportleadersinembeddingstrongfoundationalskillsin all settings,ensuringpupilskeepupwith expected standards.

A strong understanding of adaptive teaching strategiesandtheabilityto accelerateprogress forallpupilsiskeyto the role.

You willreportdirectly tothe

Directorof Primary Education and form part of the Trust’sEducation team working closely with the Headsof Service for Inclusion ,Early Yearsand Attendance and Culture.
