Long-Term Locum Optometrist - Stowmarket, Suffolk

DNA Recruitment is delighted to exclusively represent a well-established independent optician in Stowmarket, Suffolk, and we are looking to recruit a long-term locum Optometrist to join their patient-focused team.

Our client is a team of trusted ophthalmic opticians, dispensing opticians, and eye care specialists who have been providing exceptional services to the Stowmarket community for many years. They provide high-quality care, fantastic eyewear solutions, and use the latest technology on the market.

The practice provides a welcoming atmosphere for patients of all ages, from routine eye examinations to advanced diagnostics.

Start Date:

26/05/2026 - Minimum 9 months - Potential to extend

  Ideally 5 days per week, including some Saturdays - 3-5-day options available for the right candidate
• Weekdays: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Saturdays: 9:00am - 5:15pm

• 30-45 minutes per test
• OCT, Optomap, Dry Eye Clinic, Colourimetry
• Well-staffed supporting team ensures smooth workflow and efficient patient care

• Attractive rate of pay - negotiable depending on experience
