We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner, covering the Mid Suffolk area. The role will involve cleaning void properties to ensure they are clean, tidy, and ready for new occupants.

Monday to Friday

* Working Hours:

8:00 am – 5:00 pm

* Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

✅ Requirements

* Full UK driving licence

* Manual Handling certificate (desirable)

* Asbestos Awareness certificate (desirable)

* A reliable and hardworking attitude.

* Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

🧽 Key Responsibilities

* Cleaning void properties to a high standard.

* Ensuring properties are clean, presentable, and ready for new occupants.

* Following health and safety procedures at all times.

* Managing your workload effectively while travelling between properties across Mid Suffolk.
