The Role We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Harvest Operative to support our Intake Team during the busy harvest period. This is a 3-month temporary role, ideal for someone seeking summer work who enjoys practical tasks in a fast-paced operational environment. Youll play an important part in ensuring grain intake runs smoothly and meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Sampling incoming lorries and checking grain against malting quality standards Supporting intake hygiene and maintaining clean, safe working areas Liaising with the grain team regarding deliveries and load information Testing harvest samples and recording basic results on spreadsheets Assisting the intake team with general operational tasks during peak periods

What Were Looking For A positive, practical and reliable attitude Good communication skills and a team-focused approach Willingness to follow procedures and complete training Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment Previous harvest or industrial experience is helpful but not essential
