About the Role
In this role, you will work on meaningful cases that truly impact lives, ensuring children are safeguarded and supported to achieve positive outcomes. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values professional development and reflective practice.
Responsibilities- Undertake Section 17 and Section 47 assessments in line with statutory requirements.
- Manage and review Child in Need and Child Protection plans to ensure effective interventions.
- Engage with children and families to build relationships and provide tailored support.
- Work closely with health, education, and other partners to safeguard children and promote their well being.
- Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
- Experience in safeguarding and working with children and families.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
