Shifts:

Monday to Friday starting between (Apply online only) shifts lasting between 8 and 12 hours
Pay Rate: £18 per hour depending on times worked (Overtime paid at £24 - £27 after 8 hours a day)
Newly Qualified Drivers Accepted

We are looking for dedicated Class 1 Drivers to join our team at our Stowmarket site on a temp to perm basis, for the right candidate.

Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding & Full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.

What you'll do on a typical day:

Single drop trunk work with potentially one return load per shift
Adhering to road traffic laws
Daily vehicle checks
Safely operate your vehicle adhering to XPO standards
Operating a curtain sider trailer

Requirements:

We'll need you to have a full UK driving licence (with C+E entitlement)
You'll have no more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements.
A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
