The Range in Stowmarket is seeking a full‑time, permanent First Line Manager to lead the Night shift team, driving efficiency in inbound receiving, stock put-away, picking, despatch and inventory management.
You'll manage about 50 colleagues, report to a Shift Manager, work 4 nights on 4 nights off from 6pm to 6am, with a strong focus on health and safety, KPI targets and ongoing process improvements. Salary to be discussed at interview.
