The Education Authority NI is seeking a dedicated General Subjects Teacher with Transition Support for the Strabane EOTAS Centre. The role involves delivering GCSE and Level 2 subjects to pupils with social, emotional and wellbeing needs, and providing outreach across local venues when required.
You will plan lessons, monitor progress, foster positive relationships, support attendance and wellbeing, and work with families and partner agencies to promote successful transitions into mainstream
