Iona Houses is a supported living accommodation giving support and care for up to 12 tenants with mild to moderate learning disabilities. It is situated centrally within Strabane. Iona Houses provides 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year supporting tenants to develop skills and get involved in day-to-day decision making.

QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent And 6 months experience in a formal care/support role
* and previous experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities/ mental health issues.

MustbecurrentlyregisteredwithNISCCorifnew tothe sector must achieve registration within 6 months.

Or 2 years’ experience in a formal care /support role
* and previous experience of working with individuals with Learning Disabilities/ Mental Health issues.

Must be currently registered with NISCC or if new to the sector must achieve registration within 6 months
