About the company

A high growth business based in the Strabane area are seeking to appoint an experienced Financial Controller to oversee their finance function, reporting to and working closely with the Managing Director. This role will involve managing and developing a small finance team, taking oversight of day-to-day finance operations, driving strategic growth and development of systems and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing the finance team
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Financial reporting
• Tax compliance
• Cashflow management
• Managing key external stakeholder relationships
• Business partnering with commercial teams
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a similar role
• Excellent IT skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Leadership skills
