Vickerstock are delighted to be working in partnership with our FMCG client who specialise in high quality packaging solutions in their search for a Quality Manager based in Strabane. As the successful Quality Manager, you will oversee all quality assurance processes onsite, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. The role involved managing the QMS, leading audits, handling non-conformance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain and improve Quality Control Processes to meet ISO 9001/BRC requirements. Conduct internal audits and oversee external audits (ISO, BRC, SEDEX, Ecovadis). Investigate and resolve customer and supplier non-conformances. Ensure compliance with HACCP principles and Quality Management Systems documentation. Perform quality tests and production quality checks. Provide quality training for employees and collaborate with production teams on improvements. Manage calibration of quality instruments and lead continuous improvement projects.

Assist with Health & Safety and Environmental compliance where needed. What you will need to succeed: 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in quality assurance. Strong analytical skills and audit experience. Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, BRC standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
