Store! Floor Supervisor

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our brand new team for our store opening in Strabane! This is a part‑time role, working 20 hours a week, and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings, and at weekends.

• Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service.
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
• Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work.

• Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• The ability to think on your feet and motivate others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A flexible approach and a ’can‑do’ attitude.
