As a Cleaner Operative you will ensure that all equipment is kept clean, well‑maintained and safe to use, and that all cleaning tasks are completed to agreed Service Level Agreements. You will develop knowledge of the designated cleaning area, identify when work needs to be carried out, and use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following Health and Safety requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all equipment and premises.
• Adhere to all training requirements and Health and Safety procedures.
• Work effectively within a team and independently when required.
• Build positive relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Continuously seek ways to improve and exceed expectations.

• Basic English communication and reading skills.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable and hardworking.
