The role requires strong operational leadership across Hard and Soft FM, delivering services to Stranraer Academy, Castle Douglas School, Heathhall School, Kirkcudbright School, Lockerbie Academy and Moffat Academy.
You will manage relationships with customers, ensure KPIs and budgets are met, supervise engineers, cleaners and caretakers, and uphold HSE
