Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time Park Marshal role based in Beckton. As a Park Marshal, you will focus on ensuring guest safety while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the park. Responsibilities include supervising attractions, enforcing safety guidelines, helping guests enjoy their visit, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Customer engagement and enforcing safety regulations will be key priorities in this position.

Qualifications

* Strong communication skills and a focus on providing excellent customer service

* Ability to monitor, observe, and enforce safety rules in a busy environment

* Team player mentality with a positive attitude and a commitment to supporting coworkers and management

* Prior experience in a recreational facility or customer-facing environment is an advantage but not essential

* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

* Basic first aid knowledge is preferred

* Reliable, punctual, and able to remain physically active for extended periods
