About you:

Experience as a nursery assistant or early years practitioner/experience working in the early years (nursery/reception)
A belief in child-led learning
A love for the outdoors and being active
A genuine love for early years education and a nurturing attitude
A solid understanding of child development and learning through play
The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and carers
Energy, creativity, and a can-do attitude
