The daily rate for this role ranges from £90 to £115 per day, depending on experience.

The Position – 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant (Year
4)

We are seeking a patient and proactive Teaching Assistant to provide tailored 1:1 support to a Year 4 pupil with additional learning needs. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies, support engagement in lessons, and promote positive behaviour. The role will involve adapting learning materials, delivering targeted interventions, and encouraging independence. A calm, nurturing approach and strong communication skills are essential.

Experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, or SEMH needs would be advantageous.
