Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs
Adapt teaching strategies to support a range of SEN profiles
Track progress and provide clear feedback to parents/carers and relevant professionals
Build positive, supportive relationships that promote engagement and confidence
Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and compliance requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience working with children or young people with SEN
Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and inclusive practice
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Experience working with EHCPs
Training in areas such as autism support, dyslexia intervention, or SEMH strategies
Experience delivering 1:1 tuition outside of mainstream classroom settings
Competitive hourly rate ( 25- 30 per hour)
