GCSE tutor SEN

• Provide 1:1 tailored GCSE tuition to a student with Special Educational Needs

• Deliver support in core GCSE subjects (e.g., English, Maths and/or Science)

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the GCSE curriculum

• Support academic progress as well as confidence and exam readiness

• Work closely with parents/carers and other professionals where required

• Maintain clear records of progress and adapt strategies as needed

• Qualified teacher or experienced GCSE tutor

• Strong knowledge of the GCSE curriculum and exam requirements

• Experience working with children with additional needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, learning difficulties)

• Patient, empathetic and adaptable approach

• Strong communication skills

• Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)

• Available for in-person sessions in Romford

• 25- 30 per hour (dependent on experience)

• Flexible working hours
