We are seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to support pupils with a range of additional needs across our partner schools in East London.

What We’re Looking For:

QTS (required) — ECTs encouraged to apply
Experience working with SEN pupils (ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD)
Genuine passion for supporting children’s development
Proactive, adaptable and motivated
Resilient and calm in challenging situations
Strong communication and teamwork
✔️ Classroom & Behaviour Management:

Skilled in delivering structured, differentiated lessons
Consistent and calm behaviour management
Ability to implement individual behaviour plans
Confident in using de‑escalation and emotional regulation strategies
Strong routine‑building and classroom structure
Requirements for All Candidates:

Updated CV
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
