Part‑Time SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant (Mon–Fri, 8:30–12:30)

8:30am–12:30pm, Monday–Friday

✔️ You Will Need:

Experience with SEN (Dyslexia, communication needs, etc.)
Passion for helping vulnerable pupils succeed
Proactive, positive and patient approach
Resilience when supporting behavioural or emotional needs
Strong communication with staff and families

Skills:

Ability to follow personalised behaviour plans
Skilled using de‑escalation strategies
Ability to build consistent and trusting relationships
Requirements:

Updated CV
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
