Early Years Practitioner - Multiple Vacancies Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking for a permanent opportunity where you can help young children develop, explore and build strong foundations for their future? Academics are currently recruiting for multiple Early Years Practitioner vacancies at an established children's centre that offers an exciting and stimulating environment for young learners. Multiple positions available About the Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn through play, exploration and carefully planned experiences. You will support children's development across the EYFS, build strong relationships and help create an environment where children are encouraged to become confident, curious and independent learners.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting children's learning and development across the EYFS Creating engaging, age-appropriate activities and experiences Making full use of the setting's excellent outdoor learning facilities Building strong relationships with children and their families Supporting children's communication, language, physical and social development Observing, assessing and recording children's progress Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment What We're Looking For Previous experience working within an Early Years or childcare setting Good understanding of the EYFS A caring, enthusiastic and child-centred approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Someone who enjoys outdoor learning and hands-on activities A commitment to safeguarding and supporting children's wellbeing Why Join?
