Are you ready to take your M&E expertise to the next level? Our public sector client in East London is on the lookout for a dynamic M&E Surveyor to join their team! If you have a passion for mechanical and electrical works and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:
In this pivotal role, you will assist the M&E Manager and collaborate with other team members on a variety of exciting projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough surveys and inspections on-site.
Engaging with a range of M&E systems including:

- Electrical and mechanical systems
- Door entry and CCTV systems
- Dry risers and lighting protection
- Boosted water pumps and automated gates & barriers
- TV aerials, fire alarms, AOVs, sprinkler systems
- Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR), solar panels, and roof extractor fans

Your expertise will ensure that all elements of M&E works are running smoothly and efficiently!

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess a trade background, preferably in electrical systems, fire alarms, or door entry. Your hands-on experience will be key in successfully executing the tasks at hand.
