Mechanical Estimator | Building Services Contractor | Hampshire | £70,000-£85,000  Bonus  Benefits This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established Building Services contractor delivering projects across the commercial, fast-track office fit-out, healthcare, education, industrial, and leisure sectors. With a strong pipeline of secured work and a healthy level of repeat business, the company is looking to appoint a Mechanical Estimator to support the continued growth of its pre-construction team.

The Role Mechanical Estimator Working closely with the pre-construction team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and commercially competitive tenders for mechanical building services projects from initial enquiry through to final submission. You will assess project opportunities, obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations, prepare detailed cost estimates, review technical specifications and drawings, and contribute towards securing profitable and deliverable projects. Projects include HVAC systems, ventilation, pipework, public health services, heating and cooling plant, and plantroom installations across a broad range of building services projects.
