Complex Care Assistant

Overview

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled care assistant to join our team in East Ham, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

• Providing personal care and mobility support
• Supporting with clinical tasks
• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, including:

• Enteral feeding
• Non-invasive ventilation
• Oral suctioning
• Oxygen therapy
• A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach

Location: East Ham, London
Pay: Monday to Friday £12.85, Saturday £14.96, Sunday £17.45
Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 10am-8pm & 10am-9pm

Our client likes to smile, and he likes when people pay attention to him, however he does not like too much noise. He has a calm nature. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, and essential experience in areas such as enteral feeding, non-invasive ventilation, oral suctioning, and oxygen therapy.
