Location:

Stratford-upon-Avon / Free Parking

Hours:

3 or 4 days per week (9:00–17:30) — Friday essential

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 FTE (pro rata) + holiday (pro rata)

Your Responsibilities

Raise invoices (rent, service charge, insurance, utilities)

Allocate rent payments and reconcile client accounts

Pay landlords and process supplier payments

Complete bank reconciliations in Xero

Chase arrears via email, letter, or phone

Respond to account queries

Support general office admin (filing, scanning, record keeping)

Assist during key rent dates (with WFH support at peak times)

What We’re Looking For

Essential

Bookkeeping/accounts experience (client money experience ideal)

Strong Xero skills

Good Excel ability

Accurate, organised, confident communicator

Desirable

Property, lettings, or estate agency experience

Service charge or rent invoicing knowledge

Experience with Alto or similar systems
