Salary up to £35,000 per annum
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing project documentation? We have an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller / Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that all project-related documentation is accurately recorded, maintained, and readily accessible, facilitating seamless communication among project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Document Management: Control and manage company and project documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational, security, and regulatory standards.
- Project Coordination: Support project managers in coordinating projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to formal requirements.
- Administrative Support: Assist with project administration, including budget management and report production for senior managers.
- Version Control: Manage version control of all project documents, ensuring the latest versions are used and historical versions are archived appropriately.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication by sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, and communications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude with a desire to continuously develop and learn.
- Technical problem-solving abilities.
- A team player with excellent organisational skills.
- Proficient in document management software and project management tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with document control processes, standards, and regulations relevant to the industry.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
