Due to our continued success here at Fortem, we have a new permanent opportunity for a skilled Administrator to become a pivotal part of our Orbit Housing Planned works team based in Stratford upon Avon. The Administrator will be working within our social housing planned works team which is made up of a team of 3 Administrators who each look after a specific workstream.

Within that workstream, you will be part of a team of 5 which includes Admin, Site Managers and Customer Liaison officers all working together to ensure results. This Administrator role will suit candidates who are proficient with MS Office including basic Excel and Sharepoint and used to working on bespoke database systems. Here at Fortem we use Total Mobile which is bespoke to us and therefore training will be provided.

Full time office based Hours are Mon‑Fri 8.00am‑4.30pm / or 8.30am‑5pm will be considered.

The Customer

Fortem’s contract with Orbit Housing covers over 17,000 properties across Stratford‑upon‑Avon, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Nuneaton, Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford. We have multiple work streams, including Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Capital Works and Re‑Roofing.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Update all information and records, coordinate teams as necessary, ensuring any issues or concerns are resolved quickly and effectively using good stakeholder/customer skills.
  • Take ownership of all administration and coordination for the team successfully.
  • Work effectively to deadlines and ensure projects are fully compliant.
  • Use MS Office, Sharepoint and in‑house database (Total Mobile).
  • Possess experience of working in an administrative role within a busy office environment.
What you will need
  • Work effectively as part of a team but be able to take accountability for own work.
  • Proficient skills in MS Office including Word and Basic Excel plus SharePoint.
  • Ability to use in‑house bespoke database systems (training on this will be provided).
  • Work in the office based in Stratford Upon Avon 5 days a week.
  • Be proficient with MS Office and basic Excel.
